Old-Fashioned Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp. rice
    3 tbsp. sugar
    1 qt. Swiss Valley Farms milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup seedless raisins
    Dash cinnamon


    Directions
    Combine rice, sugar, milk and salt in a 6-cup baking dish. Bake 2 hours in a 350? oven, or until rice is very soft, stirring every 20 minutes. Stir in vanilla and raisins, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake without stirring about 15 minutes longer, until a light golden crust forms.
