Quick-n-Easy Banana Nut Bread

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms 2% milk
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans are preferable)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg, milk, bananas and spices. Mix well until lumps are gone or very small. Fold in nuts. Spray pans with a non-stick cooking spray and pour in batter until pan is 2/3 full. Bake loaves for approximately 45 minutes or muffins for 30 minutes until golden brown or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Yield: 2 loaves or a dozen muffin
