Cream Cheese Cookies

  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 8 oz Swiss Valley Farms cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups flour

Cream butter and cheese well. Add the rest of the ingredients a little at a time. Knead a few minutes. Chill for easier handling. Roll out about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 3 inch squares. Spoon a dab of jam in the center of each. Brush edges with cream; fold and seal with a fork. Brush tops with a little cream; prick with fork; sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees, 15 to 20 minutes. Glaze.
