Ingredients
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 4 small eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 2 T Swiss Valley Farms butter (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Directions
Mix all ingredients except cherry filling. Spread about half of batter on greased 10 1/2 x 15 x 1-inch cookie sheet with sides. Cover with pie filling. Put rest of batter on top by spoonfuls. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Spread with glaze.
