Ingredients
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) Swiss Valley Farms unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup (or less) flour


Directions
Melt butter and add cocoa. Stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla, walnuts and flour, working fast after adding the eggs. The mixture should be stiff enough to "stand". Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool slightly and cut.
