Creamy Caramels

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms cream

Mix sugar, syrup, butter and 1 cup of cream in saucepan. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Then stir in gradually 1 more cup of cream. Continue to stir as mixture thickens and cook to 250 degrees F on candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan. Let cool, then cut into squares.
