Oatmeal Toffee Crunch

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips or bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


Directions
Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Stir in flour and oatmeal. Spread on buttered jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Take out of oven and immediately spread with chocolate chips. When chips soften, spread to frost, sprinkle with pecans. When cool, take out of pan and break into pieces.
