  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz.) bar chocolate
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add beaten egg yolk, vanilla and flour. Spread thinly on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. As soon as it is removed from oven, lay chocolate bar on cookies and let melt. Spread the melted chocolate bar over all. Sprinkle with nuts and cut while warm.
