Strawberry Pizza

Ingredients
Crust
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
Filling
  • 8 oz Swiss Valley Farms cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
Sauce
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 to 3 tbl cornstarch
Garnish
  • Whole & sliced strawberries


    Directions
    CRUST: Combine ingredients and spread in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake about 12 minutes at 350° F or until lightly browned. FILLING: Mix the ingredients and pour over slightly-cooled crust. Bake 12 minutes at 250° F, or until filling is set. Cool. SAUCE: Puree strawberries with sugar in blender. In saucepan, mix water and cornstarch. Add berries and bring to a boil. Stir often, until mixture is glossy. Cool and spread on cooled filling. Arrange whole and sliced berries over sauce.
