Ingredients
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 2 sticks of Swiss Valley Farms butter (melted)
  • 1 cup coconut


Directions
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Dump in undrained pineapple and swirl around until the corners or the pan are filled in. Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the pineapple and add melted butter, chopped nuts and then the coconut. (Don't mix.) Bake 1 hour at 350° F.
