Fudge Nut Bars

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cupoatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Spread Mixture
  • 6 oz pkg chocolate chips
  • 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbl Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup nuts (if desired)


Directions
Cream brown sugar and butter. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Keep back 1 cup of mixture. Pat rest in 9 x 13 pan. Melt chips, milk and butter until smooth in glass bowl in microwave on low (or in a double boiler). Add nuts and vanilla, pour over crust in pan. Sprinkle remaining cup of crumbs over top and bake at 350° F for 25 minutes.
