Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbl Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms white milk (soured)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rhubarb
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup boiling water


Directions
Add 1 tsp vinegar to milk to make it sour. Cream together sugar and butter; add soured milk, egg, salt, flour, soda, baking powder and vanilla. In a 9 x 13 pan, put rhubarb, 3/4 cup sugar and boiling water. Spread batter over top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350° F for 30 to 40 minutes.
