Fresh Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 2 tbl powdered sugar
Filling
  • 4 cups cut up rhubarb
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Topping
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter (melted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar


Directions
Mix like piecrust, pat into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Mix filling ingredients and put on top of crust. Mix topping ingredients and add on top of filling. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350°F. Serve warm or cooled with whipped cream or ice cream.
