Hot Milk Cake

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 tbl baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup hot Swiss Valley Farms milk
  • 2 tbl Swiss Valley Farms butter

Beat eggs till fluffy. Add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to mix and beat. Have ready the hot milk in which the butter has been melted. Add to batter and mix well. Bake at 350° F for 25 minutes.
