White Sugar Cookies (rolled out)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms sour cream
  • 1 scant tsp. baking soda
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 cups flour or more to rolling consistency


Directions
Cool in refrigerator. Roll to desired thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350° F. Editor's note: To make cut out cookies more tender, use powdered sugar to "flour" your cookie cutters instead of flour.
