Prize Winning Blueberry Pie

  • 9" pie crust
  • Slivered almonds
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms whipped cream
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • Blueberry pie filling

Bake 9" pie crust and cool. Sprinkle bottom of cooled crust with slivered almonds. Mix together well 1 can condensed milk that has been chilled and lemon juice. Fold in Swiss Valley Farms whipped cream and almond extract. Pour into baked pie shell. Cover with blueberry pie filling and additional whipped cream (if desired).
