Mom's Best Peach Cobbler

  • 1/4 lb. Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 2 cups fresh peaches (sliced)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup Swiss Valley Farms milk

In a casserole dish (melt butter),set aside. Mix together peaches and 2 cups sugar, set aside. Mix dry ingredients together, then add milk to make a batter. Pour this batter into the casserole with the butter. Then pour the peaches over the batter (don't mix). Cover casserole dish with lid. Bake in 350? F oven for 45 minutes.
