Swiss Valley Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms buttermilk
  • 2 tbl melted Swiss Valley Farms butter


Directions
Sift dry ingredients together. Beat in eggs and buttermilk. Add melted butter. Beat until smooth. Drop from spoon on hot griddle (375° F). Bake on one side about 2 minutes ? turn over and bake about 2 minutes longer. Makes 20 - 22 3-inch pancakes.
