Luscious Buttermilk Pancakes

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Swiss Valley Farms buttermilk
  • 2 tbl Swiss Valley Farms butter (melted)

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs and buttermilk together. Stir into dry ingredients. Add butter. Beat together. Drop from spoon on hot griddle. Bake on one side about 2 minutes. Turn and bake about 2 minutes longer. Makes 20 - 22 3-inch pancakes.
