Cinnamon Loaf

  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms buttermilk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 to 2 tsp cinnamon

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Sift together the baking soda, baking powder, and flour, and mix with creamed mixture. Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl.
Put half the batter in a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Sprinkle with topping reserving 2 tablespoons. Swirl with knife. Pour in remaining batter. Sprinkle with reserved topping and swirl with knife. Bake at 350? F degrees for 55 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
