Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms buttermilk
  • 1tbl sugar
  • 2 tbl vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbl baking soda


Directions
Mix in order given and beat until smooth. Heat griddle to 350° F. Pour batter onto hot griddle. Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.
My children like cooked sausages in them. Place cooked sausages on pancake batter and then wait until pancakes puff up before flipping pancakes.
