  • 4 packages (2 oz each) thinly sliced deli corned beef
  • 1 8 oz package Swiss Valley cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1 8 oz can sauerkraut rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss Valley Farms Swiss cheese
  • Rye bread or crackers


Directions
In a 1 1/2 quart slow cooker, combine the first 5 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until cheese is melted. Stir until blended. Serve warm with bread or crackers. Yields about 4 cups.
