Blue Cheese Beef Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (5 oz.) smoked sliced beef
    8 oz. Swiss Valley Farms cream cheese
  • softened
    2 tbsp. Swiss Valley Farms Mindoro Blue Cheese
  • crumbled
    1 tbsp. minced onion
    1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • drained
    Parsley
  • chopped


Directions
Shred beef in blender or chop finely. Mix cream cheese and Blue Cheese. Add shredded beef, onion and horseradish. Chill for ease in handling. Form into balls using 1 tbsp. mixture for each. Roll in chopped parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
