Pineapple Cheeseball

Ingredients
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) Sharp Cheddar
    8ozs. Swiss Valley Farms Cream Cheese
    10 oz. of crushed pineapple
  • drained
    3 slices crisply cooked bacon
  • crumbled
    2 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper


Directions
Let cheeses come to room temperature and combine. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover bowl with wax paper or plastic wrap and chill. Form into ball and roll in crushed walnuts or pecans and chill overnight. Yield: 2 1/2 cups
