Cheese Sour Cream Fondue

  • 6 slices bacon
  • cut up

    2 cups sour cream

    3 tbsp. all-purpose flour

    3 cups (123 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

    1 tsp. instant minced onion

    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    1 small clove garlic
  • crushed chopped parsley

Cook bacon until crisp in 2-quart saucepan; drain. Combine sour cream and flour; stir into bacon. Over medium-low heat, add cheese, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring until cheese is melted after each addition. Stir in onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Transfer to fondue pot, garnish with parsley. Serve with cubes of rye bread, vegetables, or cubes of apple, makes 3 1/2 cups.
