Good Porky Spread

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 2 tbl chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Valley Farms shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • or 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice

Fry pork and seasonings until done; drain and cool. Add mayonnaise and cheese of your choice, mix well. Spread on an English muffin half. Put in microwave for 23 seconds. Or you can put more spread on several muffins and put in the oven.
