Smokey Cheese Balls

  • 4 cups Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 4 cups Swiss Valley Farms Swiss cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbl green onion
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbl Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke
  • Hot pepper sauce (dash or two)

Combine the Cheddar and Swiss cheese. Blend together all the remaining ingredients and mix well with the cheeses. Form into logs or cheese balls and chill. Roll in very fine pecans, if desired. Great for special parties or as a gift. Yields about 2 pounds.
