Easy Layered Taco Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cans fat-free refried beans
  • 16 oz guacamole dip
  • 16 oz regular or lite sour cream with one pkg. of dry taco seasoning stirred into it
  • thin layer of shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can rotel mild tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
  • another layer of shredded Cheddar cheese


Directions
Optional: sliced black olives, chopped green onion tips, cilantro. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
