Spinach Dip

  • 1 cup Swiss Valley Farms sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
  • 2 T onions (chopped)
  • 1 box dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 box frozen spinach
  • drained and squeezed

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 8 hours or more. Serve in a hallowed out loaf of Hawaiian bread. Cube up the left over bread pieces and set out for dipping, along with fresh vegetables. To prevent hollowed out loaf from becoming soggy, place dip in a plastic container and then set in loaf.
