Artichoke dip

Ingredients
  • 1 can of artichokes (drained and chopped coarsely)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese


Directions
In baking dish, mash artichokes. Add 1 cup of mayo and sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Add 2 cups of Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Heat in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with crackers, toasted bread or raw veggies. Best if made a day ahead so flavors can blend.
