Representing the Procurement Division, a well-trained staff of field representatives works with the co-op members in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Field reps assist co-op members with the common goal of producing high quality raw milk.

Field reps can:

• Assist you with herd health issues.
• Answer questions related to your lab tests and bulk tank and cow cultures.
• Help you with any quality concerns or issues that might arise.
• Assist you with milker training.
• Interpret member premium programs.
• Assist members in getting acquiring a pin number and logging into the producer-only section of www.swissvalley.com.
