Cash for Caps™

Greetings! We're glad you're on board with Cash for Caps™ - one of the easiest school fund raising programs you will ever find!

Welcome to the Cash for Caps Program:

For those schools that turned caps in last year, you will be automatically enrolled for this school year. If your contact person has changed, please let us know.

For schools new to the program, please fill out an enrollment form and W-9 Form and send them in. Enrollment forms, as well as a parent letter and ID tags can be downloaded via this website. If you have questions please contact the Sales Dept. at 1-563-582-7206.

Caps that can be redeemed include milk gallons and half gallons of Prairie Farms branded white milk. They can be redeemed at anytime throughout the school year. With 1000 cap minimum, checks will be issued when redemptions are received. All caps are to be cleaned, dry and counted by the school, and clearly labeled with the enclosed ID tags. This way, we can get the checks back to the school for this school year, rather than over the summer when the students may not get to see the results of their hard work. There are no limits or guidelines pertaining to how the funds raised through Cash for Caps can be used.
