Our Blue-veined cheeses are made in Wisconsin, and to show our Wisconsin pride, we named the brand after the city of Mindoro where our Blue cheese manufacturing plant is located. Mindoro Blue and Gorgonzola (a creamier, milder version of Blue) are favorites for salads, appetizers, steaks and hamburgers. As the specialty cheese category grows, so does demand for our Mindoro products.Packaging options include:
